Be a Pundit for the day

Do you always think that you can do better than the so-called "experts" who cover football?

Well this could be your chance...

Once again this season 2BR Sport will be bringing you full match commentary from every single Clarets game home and away.

And each week (weekend games only) we’ll be featuring a Burnley supporters club and inviting a member of that supporters club to become a football pundit for the day.

This will entail just two phone calls - one on the Thursday or Friday before the game to record a chat with one of our sport team previewing the game (covering areas such as key players for both sides, the ground if it's an away game, the opposition manager, predictions for the scoreline etc.) which will be made into a short package and used in the 2-3 hour of the sports show.

The second call will be immediately AFTER the game at a pre-determined time for a LIVE chat about the game, and a reflection on those pre-match predictions. There may then be the chance to chat with the Clarets commentary team at the ground.

Each pundit will be sent a recording of their contribution to the programme as a memento of their appearance.

The only criteria for being involved is that you’ll be at the game, are chatty and keen to be involved and will be available on the phone (preferably a land line) somewhere quiet at around 515.
